Talk & Slide Show: Manet & Morisot — New Exhibition at the Legion of Honor
Join the San Francisco Garden Club for a special November luncheon at the Presidio Golf & Concordia Club.
Carol Porter became a docent at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco after retiring from a full life as Director of Nutrition and Food Services at the University of California. Upon completing a two-year training program in art history and culture this allowed her to embrace what she loves — which is engaging diverse audiences in conversations about the art they are looking at helping them develop independent views. Carol is an excellent speaker currently chairing the museum’s outreach program, Art Talks. Her upcoming talk with the SFGC will focus on the exhibition Manet & Morisot at the Legion of Honor.
